Being PR, you require special approval to purchase landed property. PR status are also dependent on renewal and review. I have handled cases where PR are require to sell their unit in Singapore due to long term absence from Singapore, resulting in non-renewal of their PR status.
Do you prefer to sell the unit in a rush and having your buyer taking advantage of it? Or selling at a reasonable market price, given that you have something else in mind?
