1) Are you asking if you are able to become a DIY seller for your existing HDB? Or

2) Are you asking if you are able to post your advertisement on your existing HDB for sale on the PropertyGuru portal?

For the initial question, yes, you may be a DIY seller, nevertheless, if your question falls into this group, I will highly recommend that you engage a professional to do it because I am quite sure you are unfamiliar with the procedures and regulations.

If you mean the latter, the answer is no. This portal is strictly for registered real estate salesperson with a paid subscription account to put up their listings for sale or rent.

If you are prudent on the S&P requirements and the HDB ruling, along with the marketing tools available, Singapore HDB ruling does not refrain buyers nor sellers from DIY their own transaction.
However, do note that should there be any oversight on the documentation or procedural aspect, the affected parties do have their right to make claims.
