PropertyGuru primarily features listings from registered agents with paid subscriptions, not directly from property owners.
It is usually not worth it for a company to pay thousands of dollars just to post a few properties, but it might be worth it if you have 10-20 properties.

Only licensed realtors in Singapore can subscribe to an advertising account. On top of that, I understand some housing developers and agencies are also able to do so. You should contact PropertyGuru direct if you fall under these 3 categories.
