Iam looking at buying properties for investment purposes. I intend to follow this with multiple property purchases( between me an my friends) in the next 3-5 years. Obviously I only want the very best. The selection process will be very quick and also the settlement.
1. How do I get to see the resume / property sales portfolio of the agent.
2. Would the same agent be my agent for renting out the properties and also to help selling when needed.
3. What are the going commission rates and what is negotiable.

Essentially a long term business relation with a reliable agent.

Hi Raj,

Of course, as a purchaser, we expect nothing but the best value. Nonetheless, you should also be prepared to pay for the best services for the salesperson engaged in. There are no hard and fast rules on how many salesperson can you engage so on and so forth.

The key information you require and define as best is also important for our understanding as your best may not be my best.
