Dear Mandy,

If you are a DIY seller, it would be good to be doing research on past data to determine how much you should market your property at, instead of seeking our advise, as:

1) We may overquote your property resulting in your unit being priced out of range for buyers
2) We may underquote should we have ready buyers on hand with limited budget to stand a good chance to close the unit representing the buyer.

Otherwise, you may wish to look at engaging the services of an agent to assist you in marketing the property, it would be more advisable to make an appointment with the agent in particular at your place such that this agent will be able to estimated better on the selling price. Why do I say that? No single unit will have exactly the same renovation, condition, level and facing to compare the market calling price for. We can compare apple for apple, but how do we know the condition of other units in the current market?
