Hi Thanks for the replies,recently I have emailed hdb and they have told me that since I have only occupied the house for 37 months I can't sell my house. Anyway the reason for me to sell my house is that, I have a neighbor who is living below my flat who keeps saying we are hammering during the day and even late at night which we have not. They have complaint to the town counsel and they have checked my house but there was no sign of any hammering, the neighbor even came up to my house early in the morning and started banging on my door telling me to stop hammering it was not the first time they came to my house early in the morning, I have even let them in my house to see for themselves but they still claims that the hammering comes from us.it is very stressful for both my wife and me they have even left notes on my door saying stop banging.that is the reason why we want to sell our flat.
