Does the $300k on hand includes the CPF usable or it is exclusive of that amount?

My advise is to probably look into investment of small landed properties which can be purchase with around $1.8m range for freehold units. I have a decent unit available for sale looking at $1.6m which is a renovated unit and definitely tenantable with the excellent location. Let me know your interest level.
