I would like to know more about investing in Singapore real estate.
I have SGD 5M and wish to invest in Singapore real estate and diversify across property stocks , reits, residential condo and office unit in central prime location area in Singapore.
I am thinking of allocating 25% on each component and would like to seek honest feedback i.e. (not bias only to property investment):
I am a mid risk taker and would love to know more about liquidity, risk, expected returns etc. for foreigner to invest particularly in property in Singapore.
Please enlighten me.
