I would like to know balestier area is good for investment ??

Dear Steven,
With plot ratio of most residential zones in Balestier at 2.8, Balestier is an attractive location for developers to buy over run down projects or units to redevelop into full fledge condominiums or apartments which are high rise.
This has indirectly brought the prices in this area upwards which in my opinion, could be reaching a saturated point pretty soon in the next few years. This would likely be a relatively safe investment.
