Hi Cathy,

Near to MRT or not, a condominium can always be a good investment. Like yourself, should the unit be near to the MRT, I am pretty sure that the seller will also sell ag a premium price. I believe that as long as the unit can generate good returns be it rental or resale, they will be good investment unit. I do have a listin for sale at The Bayshore going only for $1.15m for a 2 bedrooms 1012sqf. This project is highly sought after by tenants as it is very near to East Coast Park with host of amenities nearby.

Hi Cathy, in property investments, don't you think Location is key to generating consistent cash flow.

The condition of the overall property determines the quantum of that cash flow.

Good financial planning ensures that this cash flow is positive.

Focus on getting properties with existing tenancies, that will determine its ability to be tenanted.

To discuss about which district to buy, to buy old or to buy new, or yet to launch projects, its best to do it over a cup of coffee.

Contact me and I will analyse it for you all for just a cup of coffee :)
