I would like to inquiry about buying HDB under Private Limited company name? Currently we already set up Pte Ltd company in Singapore. One is PR. One shareholder is under Employment pass. 2 directors are foreigner. All are Myanmar. Can we buy HDB (for shop house and stay)? Or what kind of house can we buy? We dont want to buy under PR name. Please advice. Thanks.
