Morning,

Units along Holland Village, Redhill, Tanglin Halt, Ang Mo Kio, Toa Payoh, Kallang and Marine Parade do have good uptake rate for rental. However, do not that you are required to fulfill MOP prior being eligible to rent out the HDB unit. Any special request for rental, prior MOP, are subjected to review and approval.

Hi.
Most hdb 4 will.not have problem renting out. Unless your location is very out of place. I can be reached at 91442664  for further discussion.
