i would like to buy 2 units of condo - one 2bedroom for rental for investment purpose in high rental yield area and one minimum 3 bedroom for own stay - i prefer D 15 (meyer rod, tanjong rhu area) any good suggestion with excellent buy ?

Hello,

All buyers in general are always looking for excellent buys, however, what are you exact expectations for these purchases? Given the recent announcement from MAS on loan guidelines, do they affect you one way or another?
