I wish to sell off my HDB flat but it is in the state of requiring maintenance works such as popped tiles and missing toilet door. Will I be required to get them fixed before selling off (HDB valuation reqs) and is there a market for house with such conditions?

Evening,

I have seen units that was being marketed with fallen wall tiles and holes in the common room door. Given your unit's condition, you might need to market it at more reasonable pricing as the valuation is likely to be lower.
