I will be posted overseas for 5 years but my wife works here and not wanting to move specially the kids are still schooling here. I thought of transfering my flat to my spouse, is this possible?

Afternoon Jackie,

If you are referring to HDB unit, it's to be owned by married couple or divorcee SC with custody of child. If your case falls under the latter, then your option would be possible.

However, if you are referring to private property, then it would be a total different ball game.
