I was persuaded into signing an exclusive with an agent only to find out that there's zero viewing. There wasn't any response after a month's of marketing, not to mention the viewing. Reasonable asking price and close to recent transacted price, good unit, high floor and good location near mrt and amenities. I really don't understand why are there not a single viewing despite those listings. The agent claimed that the market is moving very slow? Is it true? Is it possible that an agent has many units to market and chooses their priority and neglect others? If so, how can I terminate my exclusive?
