I want to sell of my current 3 room flat and using that money to buy another 4 room flat. my current non exclusive agent commission is 2% exclusive of gst since he is selling the flat and also buying for us a resale flat after that. is all this possible by one year or less and is the commission's ok? any better offer out there? can i terminate him and any fee to pay him if he is not good later?

Afternoon,

Standard marketing fee for sales is at 2% and for purchase is at 1%. Both of you had come to an agreement to work at 2%, excluding GST for getting both case closed. Depending on your location, asking price, ethnic restriction and condition of the unit, to have both transactions completed within one year is not too much of a concern.
