I want to sell of my current 3 room flat and using that money to buy another 4 room flat. my current non exclusive agent commission is 2% exclusive of gst since he is selling the flat and also buying for us a resale flat after that. is all this possible by one year or less and is the commission's ok? any better offer out there? can i terminate him and any fee to pay him if he is not good later?
