I want to sell my share of my HDB flat. The flat is co-owned(Joint Tenancy) by both of my parents and me. I am also currently residing overseas. So how do i proceed with it?

Evening,

You can opt to sell or transfer the share of your HDB to your parents. However, if you have contributed CPF to the unit, HDB would require your parents to return it back to you. They can either obtain mortgage loan to facilitate utilize their available CPF fund, if sufficient, to perform the transfer.
