I want to sell my CCK 4 Room HDB flat. How soon and how much above valuation can I get during this time?

Also, any good agent out there with reasonable agent fee who is interested to sell it for me?

Evening,

With the current market, the estimate selling period required is around 4 to 6 months. This is provided that there's no ethnic restriction (especially for Chinese buyers), upgrading cost, non conventional asking price and right location.
As for fee payable, it will definitely have to come in tandem with your requirement, which is of coz, negotiable.
