Everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion. As seen from the responses, some agents insist on 2% while others are ok with 1%.
No matter what, I suggest you give only one sole agent to market your HDB flat. The selling price can be controlled. If you give too many agents to do, may end up selling at much lower price cos everyone try to attract buyers by reducing the asking price.
