Older projects rarely have 1 bedroom unit or studio. Newer project have such units, but are usually available at launch of projects, based on the price that you are looking into.
With current market, it's tough to get 1 bedroom resale unit at even $700k.
Thus for selling, I would advice you seat down with a experienced property advisor and have a plan, before commencing the plan.
