I want to know which condos is better rentals in terms of lower price of condos.
In other words, which condos are the "cheapest", and which has a strongest potential of having strong demands for it, which then also created a strong demand for it.
In other words, can you give a list of condos that are available anywhere of Singapore that we can consider for investments that have meet the above criterions.?
The criterion is summarised here:
1. The "cheapest" condo, - the "chepaest" selling price.
2. Condo that has strong demand for it
3. The demand side created a higher rental.
