I want to file a Small Case Tribunal as Landlord has breached contact and not returning deposit but agent is refusing to share their contact details for me to fill into the claim form.
(1) What are my options here? Can I input Agent's contact info along with LL Name and Passport from contract?
(2) Is the agent legally obliged to share the details with me if I ask or do they need to seek LL approval?
