I viewed the units in Kingsville and wonder why the owners are requesting prices way above valuation, especially for a leasehold property that’s in original condition (20 years old). Is this normal?

Hi MG, nope such seller will deemed as not a serious one and his or her unit would unlikely to receive any offer close to their asking.

Dear MG

Good day to you!
I’m Daniel Tan from PropNex Realty.

Kingsville is a great development to look at based on its fantastics location in DIstrict 10. The sellers in the Kingsville are selling their unit with reference to transaction of the freehold units in the vicinity.

If you are looking to get a unit in the area, I will recommend you to have an agent to assist you with the transaction as the asking price is always negotiable.

Do share with me more on your requirements so that I could be of better assistance to your purchase.

Any other queries?
