I stay at a condo in D19. What is the average time taken to sell a condo unit in this area. I've always thought that it will be quite fast. However, it is coming to a mth and there are only 4 viewers so far. It seems like the resale mkt for private property is very slow. My asking price is about the same as those in my estate so it is not demanding. What can be done to attract buyers to speed up the buying process? I hope to close deal soon.
