I sold my condo last week,otp sign says "the property is sold in vacant possession" and "the purchaser shall purchase with full notice in all aspect of the actual state and condition of the propertyand shall take the property as it is" there are no "fixture n fitting shall remain" in my otp,does it mean i can remove my aircon and cyrstal lighting?
