I rented a HDB and had my agent while the owner had theirs, i renewed my contract with my agent last year but this year my contract ended by feb end and my owners agent approached me if i wanted to renew my contact and i agreed and we went and renewed my contract.
Now my previous agent approached me after 2 months of my contract expiry saying that i should renew it through him, what does he expect me to do stay on the road for 2 months?
Can any one here let me know if i have done it right or how should i have proceed through the renewal.
