I recently ended my rental that is from feb 2013 to feb 2014 . i have a few things that will need some advise. 1) for buying i know that agent are only allow to represent one side. what about rental. 2) In TA the agreement was to pay capped up to 200 for things that are faulty but agent say it does not apply after rental. i feel that i been taken advantage because i do not the tenancy law and the agent seem to be on the landlord side.
