I realise that the property market is already slowing down since some apartments are on the market for more than 2 months and have seen multiple posts that people are selling their condo's below valuation.
Of course the price has not gone down much yet but it has just stopped rising. I just want to know what the experts here think about the current price levels? Since we are way above the 1996/1997 high levels, is there more room for prices to rise? Foreigners coming in is controlled and Government is flooding the market with new condo supply every year.
My prediction is that this year prices would DROP 10% and this will continue into next year for another 5-8% drop. What do the property experts here think?
