I plan to buy a condo in SG. I do not intend to take a bank loan. I heard that the sollicitor needs to verify the source of the funds being used to buy the condo... what kind of other papers do you need to show?

Singapore welcome foreign investments. However Singapore goverment has very strict governance on money laundering.

Do take note. Foreign investors taxes involved
15% additional buyer stamp duty
3% buyer stamp duty.
