If you choose to keep the China property, the answer is No.
If you are willing to sell your China property, you may buy HDB depending if you meet the requirements. After 5 years of owning HDB flat, you are free to buy any property in any country including Singapore.

Yes, you can still buy resale HDB BUT you will need to dispose your property in China within 6 months after collecting the keys.

If you wants to keep your China property, which I believe you would, I suggest you buy private condo instead.
