My guess is you bought it at around 900+ psf for your unit. You should let it go now at around 1000-1100 + psf for a healthy profit as the market is still very strong. It's time to reconsider your portfolio and shift to somewhere else potentially. The rent should be between 2.5k-3k at least. The rental yield would be healthy but capital gain is what every investors are looking forward to. So you should think hard on cashing it out now.
