I need to sell my 4bedrm HDB which is 6months away from fulfiling MOP. We have already submitted our appeal to our HDB Branch officer on 27 May 2015, and the Executive Estate Manager has been in touch with us on 2Jun15 to get more information for submitting a report on our appeal.
Reason for appeal:
My husband and I want to move nearer to my parents' house for the well being of our 2.5year old son. Our son has been of weak health since birth and cannot be placed in infant/student care. My mom has been the caregiver. As working parents, we live a distance away and don't spend enough time with our son. We want to relocate soon as our son will start nursery in January 2016, and pediatric has advise that our son has higher tendency to fall sick as he is back in a school environment again. More support will be required from caregiver and parents to co-manage. The pediatric has also provided a recommendation letter to support our appeal to HDB. What r my chances of approval from HDB?
