I need to invest in property which fetches me a good rental income. Be it commercial or residentioal. could you inform me the outgoings also. My budget is about a million and a half. thanks

Hi Devika,

you can consider industrial properties which can fetch you easily minimum 5% rental yield, higher than residential properties. These can be the clean industrial areas with very corporate image.
