I need an agent who can help me sell my unit at Blk 277C Compassvale Link and get a bigger unit in Pasir Ris (EA,EM) . My neighbour just sold her flat at Valuation $580K and COV $60K. I dont mind paying higher comm (3 or 4%) to agent as long as the transaction must be smooth.

I'm currently assisting my client to sell their unit in Sengkang Central and getting an EM within Pasir or Tampines area.
The main thing now is to understand your requirement for the purchase. Any specific cluster or blocks that you are looking at? Only prefer corner unit that's nicely done up? How is your current financial status? What kind of timeline are we looking at?
By putting the pieces together, we will be able to understand the situation better before executing it into a plan.
