Investing in Singapore

I need advice on property investment in Singapore. I currently have a house in Singapore and an excess of $500K cash. What would be a good investment? Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi, Mr Joe,

You may like to consider looking into some commerical or industrial properties as residential properties are subjected to ABSD (Additional Buyer Stamp Duty) which amounts to another 15% tax.
