I need a house or a place to live in. I tried halfway or hostel already but didn't manage to get any. I tried hdb and wil ltry again next off day. Am currently working as a chef and would like to find a room in the east area to live in. My budget is below 800. I can cook if owners allows me to. But I only. Need to use the toilet for my showers and a room to sleep in. Is there any owner's willing to go lower for the price? Any able to negotiate?
