I just started putting our home on sale via an agent last month. Responses have been dull with no viewings as yet. I believe my agent is marketing it however how else can I boost the marketing efforts? Will getting more agents help? Will it affect my agent then? I want to sell fast so that I can be in time to grab a new launch that is fast selling out.
