Good morning,

If you are looking at resale HDB unit or private property, you can also proceed with the hunt. Standard HDB transaction will take around 3 to 4 months to completion. As for private property, it would depends on what is indicated in the OTP and the agreement made between the seller and buyers. However, typical private property transaction should also take around 3 to 4 months.
