Morning Chua,

I would be surprise on how you came out with the asking price. EA within your area are only going at around $610k while most of the EA which are nearer to Whitesand are going at $700k, less Blk 535.

With the upcoming buyer's market, to sell your unit at $200k above standard asking within your area, you would need alot of luck, time and blessings.
