I intend to sell my 5 rm resale flat (without housing grant) which I bought in 2007 August. I have used up 1 HDB loan on this flat but my wife had took up 2 already (1 with her ex husband and 1 with me). So I guess I need to take a bank loan in this instance. Do I still need to pay the levy if I took up a bank loan to buy a BTO flat????
