Firstly, your HDB unit have a balance lease of around 67 to 68 years. As it age, you will have problem getting buyers. However, since your cluster of HDB unit have being selected for HIP, it might be good to rent out your current unit till the billing is out.
Secondly, I would believe that you have paid for the ABSD. Are you currently able to request for remission in the event you sell your HDB? If it's possible, then it make sense to sell even if your HDB might fetch a lower pricing due to upcoming HIP.
Lastly, with two assets on hand, what is your estate planning like? What do you want to achieve in the near future of 10 to 15 years?
