Sorry if I am being straight forward, if you are interviewing a job and the boss ask if you are able to cut down your salary to get your job, would you just bring down salary inorder to get the job?
For agents like us, we know the effort, times, etc... that we need to commit to our client inorder to help them achieve the best possible selling price, and if before we start to talk to you about what we can, or will be able to help you, I start to tell you that my salary can be discussed, or cut down, what make you think that I will be able to help you to achieve a good market selling price for your property, when I cant even defend my salary?
For the commission, in the end, you be surprised that the amount that you are paying that 2% agent, is infact coming out from the buyer side.
