I have signed an exclusive with an agent to sell my unit. However the responses have been dull and no viewings at all. I contacted the agent and she didn't even bothered to discuss about the marketing strategic in boosting the sales of my unit. Can I terminate the exclusive immediately? Also, she did not give me a copy of the exclusive I signed. In normal case, will I get a copy after signing the exclusive form?
