Every investor hope to buy low, sell high. With the property trend, how often do you see the property market crashing and if it does, how long does it last? I believe you can see how much your dollar have depreciated over a period of 3 years. Policies are tighter and you can only purchase much lesser and smaller sized unit.

Nobody can promise you that the market would not crash tormorrow but if you do not act, your money will definitely depreciate. Depending on your citizenship standing, you can purchase either one to two residential property without incurring the ABSD. Since you are depending on the money at hand for income, your required income yield should be used as a base for your investment purchase.
