I have recently renovated my EM at Bedok Reservoir (low floor). May i ask what is the sale value of this type of flat and how much COV i could get if it is newly and beautifully renovated ? Also pls adv if this is a good time to sell off now pls ? We thought of sell off and temporary rent a place now and to get a condo when the market cools off a little. Is this a wise decision ? what is your take on this pls
