I have recently purchased a mid-floor 2BR unit back in Jul'14 for a new condo launch near MRT. This unit is considered to be premium with a higher psf price as it is pool-facing & does not face the main road.
As the developer has re-launched its showflat in Oct'14 (after 2-3 months' closure & renovations), I have received agent updates that they are selling units in my stack (also mid-floor, same pool-facing direction & size) at a further 5% discount to the original purchase price that I have gotten in Jul'14.
Do I have any right of recourse against the developer who has cut prices within such a short period as I am a early bird buyer since the developer launched its 1st batch in Jun'14?
