I believe most of us who have replied to you have $1m cash on hand to invest therefore I think you are in a better position to understand better where should you invest in. My gut feel is that you are not familiar with the real estate market and its outlook therefore seeking our opinion, but why are you taking such a risk to invest your hard earn cash into an area you are not familiar with?
