I have currently engaged an agent to sell my house (EA) but I am not seeing much progress. I have engaged her service in late June yhis year and till now only 2 viewing. I am not sure if I am not being realistic but is it okay to terminate her service now though the exclusion says 3mths?. Do we have to strictly abide to it no matter how? Please advise.

Afternoon,

It would be good to understand the situation. If you still decide to terminate your agent's services, it would be good to send a text or email and notify them accordingly.

Do contact me further should you require second opinion.
