I have brought a 4rm flat with my younger bro in 2012 feb, as hes only 34 then, but now after 3yrs, we are having lots conflict staying together. Have not met the mop, but can we sell the flat?

Evening Ms. Lee,

Such cases of family dispute might be tough to get program for sales prior MOP unless there are cases of violence. Even if HDB does approve your sales, do note that SSD will be payable as you have not fulfilled 4 years time frame from date of purchase.
